Discovery pethetic service!!!

I received an E-mail saying my policy has been increased to R1735 from R1400 and when I called in the lady that was assisting me took less then 2 mins to apparently speak to the review team who said they could not look at the premium and that there was nothing they could offer with regards to reducing the policy. This is pathetic service from discovery. I have been with you for more then 2yrs just pathetic. Well maybe you don't want loyal clients!!!!!Just PATHETIC...
