DISCOVERY PAY BACK THE MONEY. MY DAD IS A PENSIONER HE NEEDS EVERY CENT

My dad insured about 4 cars with Discovery, he's been paying the premiums for a couple of years claim free. One of the cars had a small bump and had to be repaired. He made a claim and was told the car is not covered and its a write off. A write off for a very small bump, and they failed to assist him.

My dad is a pensioner and he hardly pays attention to things like bank statements. But it happened that he goes through his statement kaboom!!!! ...... Discovery has been deducting the monthly premiums even after refusing to fix the car and writing it off.

Discovery insurance is just a money making business, they reap poor people of their hard earned cents. Even their false advert of giving you money back for petrol, it's all a lie, I have been a client for many years I have never received any cash back. Is my driving that bad that I couldn't qualify for even R5. 00 cash back for over 4 years of my loyal contributions.
