DISCOVERY - PATHETHIC SERVICES, BAD SOLUTIONS, ONLY INTEREST, MAKE MONEY, CLIENT NEEDS AND AFFORDABILITY DONT MATTER

So Join Discovery insure for Car and household insurance.......after a few months get a email letter stating premium increase....to my surprise the increase was an addition 19%.....as per understanding premium increases only apply after a year only.

Called Discover explained my unhappiness , was promised by the consultant that he will discuss with his superior and get back to me with available options to save money.....never got a call back.

to make matters worst my premium was increased by and additional amount as off the new year....no letter or notification sent.

a clear indication these corporates don't care about clients well being by just to make money.

seriously looking to switch.......not happy at all
