Discovery pathatic cliam process

Discovery insurance has pathatic service.I normally pay near to 10000 rands for different discovery products and when my car recently got dents because of hail damage.They asked me to go to corner right and they said they will use not original parts and when i asked discovery they said because you do not have warranty.I told them i got warranty with discovery and now they saying they will use original parts from damaged cars but not new ones.Why we paying so much money for what if they do not help us when we are in difficult situation.They assigned the call to Sanele Ngidi but there is no clarity.Soon i will be removing all the products from discovery.I do have excess of 20000 rands and i agreed to pay but they still cry to pay for new original parts even it is still under warranty with discovery.Discovery is very good in advertising the products but it cry to pay the money when we try to cliam and they are the most expensive insurance company compare to other insurance companies.I choose discovery i thought because they taking lot of money they do not issues paying cliams.But they trying to use different routes to reduce the money by using accident vehicle parts.
