Discovery: oversell, and under delivered

If you are looking for vehicle insurance, please consider other options other than Discovery. Been paying my premiums for a loooong time until I finally had to log my first claim. It quickly came to surface that their client interaction is lacking heavily.

Spent alot of my time on the phone with them(they dont respond to mails) to explain the incident with my vehicle. Had to repeat myself every single time. It seems no one was ever updating their systems what was being said.

Also, they wont be going the extra mile to help you out in times of need. With that said, I have canceled my policy with Discovery and will happily be joining MiWay again.

Ridiculous service levels Discovery!!
