Discovery of pathetic service

I have discovered that Discovery offer very poor vehicle insurance and advertise falsely. Up to 50% fuel rewards offered is total lies. After spending over R3000 in the month on fuel and driving like an angel, I got exactly R14 fuel rewards. When I questioned this several times the useless customer service passed the buck to the car tracker and never followed up. I've had to call them repeatedly several times and the manager with a very arrogant attitude was equally useless and has not bothered to do anything. Another thing, don't be fooled by the " no excess if its not your fault" BS there are terms and conditions not clarified by the broker during the hard sell.
