Discovery (NOT SO) Insure

Joined Discovery Insure yesterday the 28th of June. Was painted the perfect picture by the consultant. But should have seen the red flags. Had problems with my telematics device from the word go. Not syncing, not recording trips etc. Phoned a consultant last night to be told my handset is not compatible (not true) was then told her manager will call me tomorrow at 09:30 at the latest as he already left for the day. Which was before 18:00. To my surprise still no call. And sitting with a policy and products I signed up for ( and paying for) which doesn't work. Can't say that I am that surprised though. Think twice guys.
