Discovery not returning calls .

Contacted discovery over issues I had with the new drive program , gave examples of inconsistencies and asked for someone senior to call me to address said issues . Was told someone would call me back to help .8 days later after radio silence from Discovery I went through the whole process again , the second call was on Friday 23/06/2023 . Was told again I would be contacted by someone senior but the next week on Monday . Well needless to say it’s Tuesday evening and still radio silence from discovery . My wife and I have life insurance policies , investments , insure , medical aid , RAs and pension funds with discovery and it’s clear the message we are getting from them . You are too small and insignificant to us and we don’t need your business , go somewhere els . I’m now going to take the advice I feel they are giving and get quotes to move everything .

I’m afraid I’m not going to put in the effort a third time in writing . I have called twice and that’s in my books once too many , it’s also a very poor business practice to make a customer have to keep contacting you when the problem lies with you ! Sad that you need to use a public platform to get a company like Discovery to actually give you the attention that you pay heavily for !

It’s fine , I’m used to having no follow up from Discovery , it’s a few weeks after my initial query and zero interest in retaining my business ! I’m going to see if I can get the ceo’s email address and discuss with him seeing as no one els below that level seems to actually give a dam .
