Discovery not responding on requests for decision on appeal
<p>I have lodged an appeal on the decision by Discovery on a recent insurance claim. The responsible person as per Discovery communication indicated that his supervisor is responsible for the appeal; with the supervisor either not answering his telephone or forever in meetings. Numerous voicemail messages have not been answered.</p>

Even after discussing my issue with Discovery following my complaint on Hellopeter I am still waiting for an official response on my appeal.

Discovery admitted that one of the reasons given for the decision on a claim was in fact invalid, claiming it was an "error".
