Discovery - Not paying their service providers

As a service provider (Durban Panel Beaters) our company closed down and Discovery is holding back on our funds that we outlaid to repair their insureds vehicles which is totally uncalled for. We have asked for funds to be paid into the owners account due to all his business accounts being closed - despite this request they still paid into the incorrect accounts. All a person gets is attitude and no assistance as usual. Every other insurer has assisted and paid us what was due to us - But as usual Discovery will look for every reason not to pay what is due to the relevant parties.
