DISCOVERY - NOT IMPRESSED! HAVING A BIG NAME DOESN'T MEAN GOOD SERVICE

Not impressed with Discovery !! Each claim is an enormous mission where I have to follow up multiple times before receiving feedback and then they just reject without proper explanation with reasons that is completely opposite vs assessors assessment report and actual events on the property. I understand they received multiple claims related to the storms but just rejecting a claim in its entirety is ridiculous. I understand if certain items are rejected but abnormal storms and winds blowing over furniture and cracking tiles, damaging areas, etc. is surely a claimable item together with driven rain causing ceiling damages. Not impressed. I listen to my friends and their claims are approved with similar damages.
