Discovery not helping resolve issues with their selected provider (Eljoney Panel beaters)

My car was involved in an accident in May 2022, my car went in for repairs at Eljoney Panel beaters, the worst in town, their ratings are low and they have so many complaints I'm not sure why Discovery is still working with them. Anyway, my vehicle went there, there car was fixed but not properly. I received my vehicle in July 2022, it took 2 months to get the vehicle fixed and they still did a bad job. I've been complaining and copying Discovery on all comms with the Panel beaters but as my insurer they are busy increasing monthly installments but not doing anything to push Eljoney to get issues picked up after the car was "fixed" resolved. Fro. Here I'm going to social media and lawyers coz I was planning on selling the car a while back but now I can't coz of the issues on the car. Missing parts, bonnet not locking properly. Bumper not installed properly, there's gaps. Front Passenger door touching fender when opening; this is going to cause the pain to come off. As this is your 'approved' provider, why am I fighting the battle alone?
