Discovery not doing as they say - DQ TRACKER

My Wife was in a vehicle accident this afternoon at 16:25 it is now 19:17 and we are still waiting for Discovery to contact as, and yes we do have a DQ tracker, I called the discovery help line only to be told that the claims department is closed, this is not acceptable why do we pay for this service, and what is discovery going to do about this matter.
