Discovery not adhering to Popi act

This company is in breach of the Popi act, they do whatever they want, without adhering to the Popi act. Week after week they phone me and I keep declining and blocking their calls, only for them to phone again, using a different number. I have never had any Discovery product before, yet the obtained my number, without my consent and now they are just being a nuisance. I dont know what else to do anymore, to make them stop calling me to get insurance quotes. I want NOTHING to do with anything Discovery related!
