Discovery non existent customer service
I reported my car stole. At 14:30. At 23:30 I have not had one update from discovery on the status. Really poor customer experience.

So much for the extra premium of vehicle recovery and the 2 systems that had to be installed. The service when needed most is no existent.

Not one follow up question ask how my wife and child are - NOT ONE.
Not one update to say we are still waiting for a tracking signal - NOTHING
why do i pay for these services and ****** vehicle recovery extra and doesn't work - extremely disappointed
