Discovery no response

Hi trust you are well I met wit an accident on the 5th of november 2018 my car was sent for repairs to nuwagon body shop in roodepoort I was told fo fetch my car on the 13th december and I must pay R3500 when Access as it ready for collection its fully repaired wit nignostic report when my husband went there my car had so much faults it was not even starting properly I could not take my car in such condition the they said I'm trying to de***** them my car was not in an accident it was on fire which was not before the accident I spent R90 000 on my car i put a brand new engine from Japan auto i have invoices i put brandnew tyers i spray painted my whole car the company told us pls give them tym to re fix we had no car to take my kids on holidayI had no hired car they only gave me R1500 for uber rides which 1 uber ride is R450 upto R500 till now my car is not fixed I'm trying to call them no one wants to help me pls help
