Discovery NO just cover ourselfs

Worst insurance I have ever had...how can you ask me to get a copy of police report? That is your fnkn job. They don't make copies for us. I supp**** you with the detective name and contact number but you can even pick up the phone and request it yourself . First time in my life I have to run around and try that... needles to say police answer is that you should request the report. Load of bull. *** service and not even replies to my emails
