Discovery No-Driving not Good driving!

i took out car insurance wiht Discovery towards the end of March, a technician was then set up to install the tracking unit required to monitor my 'Good driving" which is now more like No-Driving since.

someone who i can only describe as a junior technnican with little to no s****s was sent to install this unit on my R400K vehicle and during that time managed to cut every actual working right rear lights. i logged a call and anther technician was sent out to survey the damage- i was promptly told sorry, but i need to take it to my dealership to repair, ctrack cannot do it..in the meantime i have no working brake, tail, reverse, or tail lights!

its 2 weeks later and after I had to take my vehicle myself in my own time to the dealership to check and after a 2 hour wait, i was given a strict refusal to fix by the service manager.

i informed Ctrack and then was told that their techniccians cannot do it i must request the dealership again, at which point i lost my temper- considering i have been extremely patient after going on 3 weeks of no working rear lights, getting pulled over by police, I refuse to do Discoveries job for them or lose my vehicle for a day or be inconvenienced any further by this...oh not to mention the consultant who sold me the policy in the first place has been unreachable from the day of the complaint...

I want my car fixed asap
