Discovery never responds to complaints

Discovery has descended from being a BEST service supplier to a WORST service supplier. It is ridiculous that the only way to get any form of feedback (poor at that) from Discovery is by lodging a Hello Peter complaint. I am being sued by a driver for an accident I had in 2013, which Discovery has insured me on numerous occasions they've resolved. I am unable to access Zweli Mashele despite numerous attempts. Call centre responders promise they will hold on until he answers, and renege on their promises. I am due in court in a few days (for a claim of just over R4,000 - petty at best) and can get no help from Discovery as to how to proceed. In my first two years with Discovery Insure they were world class. Something has happened in the customer services department. And it is not good.
