Discovery, never in my life

I was standing at a stop street waiting to turn left when a lady drove into my vehicle from the front. She admitted that it was her fault and we exchanged information so that we could claim from the insurance. The lady that drove into me was very polite and apologized for the damage. Unfortunately my vehicle had to be towed to the panel beater seeing that I could not drive my car. It has been three months now that I have been battling with discovery to get the claim paid. My broker and I have been to their offices personally to get this resolved with no luck. Eventually they sent a assessor out to my vehicle last week to view the damage. Now they refuse to pay for the tow in and they want to fit another front bumper that is not the same as what was on my vehicle. How can a company such as Discovery claim to be such a good company if they do this to potential customers of them or the public when we claim against their client that was the cause of the accident. Is this the way that Discovery does business. Then I don't want anything to do with them, be carful when ever you deal with Discovery, there are many many such complaints about Discovery.
