Discovery needs to be more helpful and see to their clients . i do want a call from a MANEGER !!!

I joined Discovery Business Insure about 1.5years ago, i have been having issues with them since the very first day. its been a absolute nightmare dealing with them. one of there high up managers Mr Vinesan that i have asked several times to call me just refuses to call me. ... they do not know there own product and seems to get cross with a PAYING customer. the last straw was now dealing with lady by the name of Rudene... I want what i pay for, but discovery cant give it to me, as i am just a number for them... I'm disgusted by the service I'm receiving.. all i want is what i pay for NOTHING MORE BUT NOTHING LESS !!!!
