Discovery Muntu the lifeline

My mom was hijacked and the call centre agent from Sandton, Muntu Maphutha was like a life line for me and my family. In addition to locating my mother and the car, he sent an ambulance and SAPS as well. Since her phones were ******, Muntu was the go between Netcare, my mom and my family, he would call and tell us how she was and what stage she was at as well- ambulance, police statement etc. He was our single source of information and even whatsapp'd me the location where my mom was so that we could go to the scene. The next day he checked in if we were ok. He really was our angel that night, on the worst night of our lives, he was calm and took control and I'l forever be grateful.
