Discovery Motor Insurance

Discovery Motor Insurance, I received a bad service...I submitted an accident claim to discovery Motor Insurance and was approved and the car was send to OFS Panelbeater for repair....I was not happy about time frame of repair of my car and I reported that matter to discovery and was advised to organise my own panelbeater which I did... discovery was supposed to pay Into my account which was never happened.... reason being premium was never collected...but my claim was approved...I am still using rental car which was extended again for the week....
