Discovery Motor Claims Suck

I had an accident in December. Used my one month Avis. Panelbeaters are closed from 16th Dec to 9th Jan.<br> <br> I have asked for 5 days Avis extention on Wednesday 29 Jan. It is now Tuesday 3 Jan and I have had no feedback. No feedback for a week. I phoned and emailed but Clement and Charlene never give ANY feefback. The poor callcentre staff have tried their utmost with no response. <br> <br> I dont know what to do? I had to extend my leave as I can not get to work.
