Discovery Miles/Insure - the small things count Discovery!!!!

For the past 3 months, my Discovery Miles for good driving has not been allocated to my Discovery Bank. I have followed up with my broker and they have followed up twice with the relevant dept and still no progress.

I joined Discovery Insure to get the miles benefits, but if its so much effort to just get it allocated, it might be better to go with a cheaper insurer with less hassle.

When I want a new product or want to join Discovery, their service is excellent. But small things like this count towards your image!!!!! I even had so much trouble contacting your consent department.
