I have been with Discovery Vitality, Bank and Medical aid for a while now and take the points system relatively seriously, I then joined Discovery Insure as I do really like the Discovery group and the integration thereof as a whole. I have never had so many frustrating interactions in my life as I have had with Discovery Insure. I filled up my car at BP on the 29th of February and swiped my fuel rewards card as per normal, I then had my car washed not long after and disposed of the receipt. A week later my points are still not reflecting on my dashboard. I have now asked 3 days in a row with little to no response (at least not a helpful 1). Now I have to wait another 48 hours so I can review MY OWN statement because it needs to be requested from management. So, if you want to get discovery fuel rewards, remember to keep your receipts because apparently, they still function in the stone age.
