Discovery Marsh and Netassess

I have a claim submitted with Discovery after having damaged my steering rack from a bad pothole. After assessing the vehicle with 2 different assessor, both of whom noted the noise from the steering rack, and having the Volvo dealership write a report of the damaged parts that have been damaged (all this over the span of about 4 months), I am still awaiting a decision on whether the claim will be approved or not.

Netassess and Discovery Insure have both played a big role in the delays, and I am still sitting with a vehicle that requires repairs. Very hard to recommend a service provider that seems to be looking for reasons to NOT pay out a claim.
