Discovery makes excuses to pay claims.

I want to openly express my disappointment in a company that I held in high esteem before.

My car was involved in an accident last year November and discovery refused to pay with a flimsy esxcus that my car was not road worthy.

It took them almost 2 months to get back to me with the outcome of the claim. They wrote off my car and refused to pay and continued deducting money from my account for a car that they wrote off.

Indeed the rich will continue to exploit the poor.
