Discovery losses a client

My claim administrator is useless. Malefetsane Peter Rankhathali, All his good at is sending me these automated emails about your car is in panelbeating/assembling. I have said numerous times all i need to know is the date on when i'm getting my car back. Its 2 months now without a car and no source of income due to that. I always need to call him or Renew-it to find out whats happening. I was supposed to get my car back last week Friday and i still don't and no one called to check if i had received it or not, Renew-it didn't even call to let me know that there's a delay with getting my car back. Today he calls to rate the service, rate what service when i don't even have the car in my possession. he doesn't even know that i don't have the car with me, what kind of administrator is this. I've now been told that latest this Friday the car will be in my possession, i would like to see if this will happen.
