My car broke down on the N1. I was alone in the vehicle. I contacted Discovery for a tow truck service. I received the most amazing experience from the consultant Zunaid Joseph. He calmed me down and had the tow truck at my location in minutes. And he continuously phoned me to check if I am ok and whether I arrived safely at home.
