Discovery legal service on 3rd party claims is slacking

This accident happen in Sep 2019. I was told the 3rd party payment towards the access is not guaranteed, so I did not follow-up. I was in an accident a month ago and to my surprise I found out that discovery legal recoveries did not followup to claim back the damages caused by 3rd party and the claim was not process correctly for the 3rd party to even be given the option to pay the access fees. For me that is just terrible terrible service from the side of Discovery, especially knowing that the access amount is still legally outstanding due to poor follow-up. all the necessary information was handed to discovery and they had my contact details. now that i know, i need this processed asap. it is currently sitting with legal laying eggs.
