DISCOVERY JUST A MASSIVE DISAPPOINTMENT

Unbelievable!! I recently moved across to Discovery Health. I received a call from someone in Discovery Insure while I was driving one morning. We chatted and I asked him to please email me his contact details so that I could send the details of what I needed once I arrived at my office. I never heard from him again.

I then received a call from someone in Discovery Investments, I think it was, and said that I didn't have need for what she was offering but could she please get a message to Discovery Insure and ask them to call me. Nothing - not a word from anyone.

I then tried to whatsapp Discovery and my WORST - I got the proverbial 'robot' which didn't have a clue how to answer me and just made me even more frustrated!!!!!!

Is it ALL about money, Discovery, is that all you're after? I've certainly not experienced customer interaction, care or a desire to understand my needs. What a massive disappointment you've been. I shudder to think what would happen if I ever had a claim!
