Discovery: Judge and Juror. No matter the evidence

If zero stars was an option that is what Discovery Insure deserve. I put in a claim on my build in cupboards that got water damage from a burst flexi hose. they sent their own plumber after I replaced it with a second hand part. Their plumber says my water damage is from the cracked basin, which in all fairness the basin did have cracks in and leaked a little bit. The counter top was also swollen(don't know how water drips upwards, Maybe in the Marvel movies) They were not there when there was litres of high pressure water spraying everywhere! asked for a photo of the burst flexi hose cause you not allowed to remove or dispose of anything until Discovery gives written consent(but they takes at least 2 days to reply to an email, must I **** in my garden while I wait for discovery to allow me to work on my own house that I pay for monthly?) Sent an email to their disputes office, where they just doubled down that a cracked basin was the cause of the water damage.... Discovery is nothing but professional ****mers, and when I ask they send me the paperwork so we can part ways on our very short journey together, jip no reply. and old Thabile that interrupts my on the phone call every time I give him and answer or explanation. After he said he sent me two email and I never received one, when I went to look for them I found one in my junk mail. And he tells me he doesn't have time to call me but has time to type emails... ironic
