Every time one has an incident even though they are insured they always wonder if the claim process won’t cause more pain or will be hustle free.

Jose Nelson from Discovery Insure proved me and many wrong. The claim was hustle free and he was friendly and undgerstood that I had and incident and don’t want to be frustrated by unnecessary question from the insure.

I reported Claim Tuesday, Wednesday car was inspected, following week Monday car was booked in the workshop for repairs. The Panel Beater actually came and picked the car.
