Discovery is ****! Would never recommend them

I asked my advisor to cancel my policy on the 10th of June, low and behold on the 1st of July I get charged again! I then proceeded to ask why? I got told that they don't cancel plans after the 20th of the month, this is when I stated that I put the request in on the 10th, I was told thay nothing can happen and I can't get my refund, such *** service from this company and any excuse to not help the customer.
