Discovery is usless

I had a rather unpleasant experience with an insurance policy that turned out to be utterly useless. I decided to go with Discovery and signed up for their services through a broker. However, to my surprise, during the initial months, they deducted a significantly higher amount from my account than what was initially agreed upon in the quote. On top of that, their customer feedback process was incredibly slow, taking months to receive any response. When I finally managed to get in touch with them, they simply brushed off the issue as a system fault and claimed that nothing could be done to rectify it. This whole experience has left me extremely dissatisfied with their service, and I will definitely not be recommending Discovery to anyone.
