Discovery is treating me like trash
I appealed the rejection of my claim. The assessment for water leaks on my roof was incorrect.<br> My house has been insured for the past 7 years and regular maintenance has been performed on the bi-yearly basis. <br> My claim was to fix the roof leaks and resultant damage.<br> <br> As a customer that has been paying and not defaulting on my insurance payments I would appreciate justice.<br> <br> I was ignored by Discovery and no one ever contacted me regarding the issue. In the past 2 years I have bought 5 products from discovery and yet they still treat me like trash.

Several discussions followed between yourself and our respresentatives, in which we discussed the reason for the rejection. Further evidence was discussed in detail and as result, our decision to reject the claim is being maintained.
