Discovery is totally *********

Two and a half months later I am still waiting for Discovery to resolve my matter. I have since discovered that because they have written off my car that was less than 12 months old they are supposed to pay replacement value. I made them aware of this but instead they paid the financial institution of the retail value of the car and some kind of credit shortfall which excluded extras in the car. They claim that I never disclosed the extras on the car but they have a copy of the offer to purchase for the car on their system which includes EVERYTHING the car came with. Discovery Insure is very compromised and problematic. All this trauma and stress over and above that which I experienced as a result of my accident. It's a shame really. Especially when I decided to go to Discovery to go speak to the team leaders, Jathin & Roland, they decided to dodge me and not avail themselves. It's a pity really because I'm still paying premiums!
