Discovery is the worst insurance company by far

I would like to lay a complaint against discovery. I signed up with discovery because I was told by the sales consultant that everything would be handled by him and he would be my broker. The consultant confirmed that I could call him on his cellphone or WhatsApp or email. I had a problem with the notifications on my bank and the consultant advised me that all my payments were up to date I enquired if I should do an EFT and he said no. Now that I have logged a claim discovery does not want to pay I have called the manager at dfc Durban North and they are now saying that they do not have a recording. I have been misled from the begging and now discovery is using this against me because they do not want to pay. If the broker advised me on his cell phone how is that my fault and discovery has a recording of the broker telling me I can liaise with him on the call. I need someone to contact me urgently
