Worst insurance ever

My Dad had a lighting claim on the 4th January 2021. The assessor collected the TV a week later and up until today he has not received the TV back after Discovery rejected a year old TV for wear and tear. We spent hours on the phone being transfered from pillar to post until minutes and airtime ran out. We sent a complaint to the Ombudsman and Discovery is so useless they cannot even correspond within the 14 days given as today is day 21 since we send our complaint to Osti.

I would never go back to Discovery even if it is for free.
