Discovery is messing up my credit life

Good day all,

My car is insured with this company. However, I've told then many times that they should deduct their installments on 15th of each month. Last month they have admitted that they captured the info incorrrectly when they deducted on the 1st of the month. Therefore, they claimed to fixed the problem and my premiums will go off on the 15th, but today they deducted their premiums again which will bounce and as a cheque card holder I will be fined 145 for any bounces and these doesn''t help my credit status. I have ask them to listen to their recordings as they claim that all call are recorded, and tell me when did I ever gave them the date of the 1st day of the month to deduct on?
