Discovery Is Horrible

I am receiving the most poor service with discovery claims team, my claims was approved weeks ago and everyday i call and spend hours on the line just for them to tell me something is outstanding, or someone is working on the case. I was promised days ago that i with get paid out and i am still awaiting but there isn't anyone in discovery that can assist me... Please guys don't insure with discovery they claims team not aligned and will look for everyway not to payout. I've been emailing the claims handler Nqobile from special claims for days and she never ever calls or email me. Discovery is gone to the dogs will advise everyone Never to use them because they service is the worst I've received. I have voice notes and emails showing how *********** they are. The biggest mistake ive made taking up Discovery.
