Discovery is failing me

It is with great sadness that i have to revert to such measures. I was an employee of Discovery for almost 3 years. I recently resigned for greener pastures. I was in communication with Tess Chetty in the HR Department until my last day. I submitted all the necessary paperwork for my pension and provident fund payout. My last day with Discovery was 13 February 2017. I was shocked to find out that my withdrawal documents for pension and provident payout only reached NMG on the 12 April 2017. This is 8 full weeks, 2 full months after my resignation. When i realised that this payouy is taking far longer than it should (6-8 weeks) i started sending Tess emails to follow up for me and let me know when i will have my money. Tess told me on the 18 April 2017 that NMG advised her they had unfortunate delays but have commited to ensuring that this payout is done before this month end. I only became aware of who the administrators are on the 18th. So I decided to send them an email as well to confirm if they are handling my claim. I almost died when Puseletso from NMG reaponded and said that they have received my withdrawal claim documents on the 12 April 2017 and will take them 6-8weeks before the money is paid to me. And that they are within their SLA. Now I ask myself why did it take Discovery 8 weeks to submit my documents. I have a new job im starting on the 2 May 2017 that is out of Gauteng. This means i need to relocate and that will cost me money that i do not have because Discovery failed to submit my forms on time. I have sent Tess another email yesterday and it is now 11:00am there is still no reply from her. With all due respect, i need this money as soon as yesterday. I have explained to Tess that Im in a financial difficulty and need this to be done urgently. Delays are your own internal issues which should NOT affect me in any way. Why should i loose this job because Tess or Discovery had delays and failed to inform me about them until i started screaming. I need a response or i will take it further than facebook. Please understand i am not threatening you, I am frustrated and at a point of desparation.
