Discovery is disappointing

I would like to express my displeasure with Discovery Insure. Recently, my newly purchased home was broken into and the ******* stole all the copper pipes, electrical wiring, water pipes, and plugs. Buying a house is stressful enough, but going through this experience was overwhelming. Thankfully, I had insurance and hoped that it would support me in my time of need. However, the claim I submitted was partially rejected, and I was only reimbursed for the damages caused by the break-in. This was not sufficient since there was extensive water damage throughout the house due to the ****** pipes, and water leaking everywhere.

Discovery Insure suggested that the water damage was pre-existing, which is absolutely ludicrous. I have an assessment that confirms the damages were due to the pipes being ****** and the break-in as a whole. Despite multiple attempts to contact them and request assistance, I have received no support from Discovery. I want the matter to be resolved, and I urgently require the manager to contact me. If the issue is not resolved, I will take it to the ombudsman, and with clear images and proof of the assessment, I am confident that the matter will be resolved in my favor.
