Discovery is disappointing

I lost my car because you said it's a write-off,through out this process I had to call for updates nobody riched out and now after the matter has been settled they still debt montly premiums from me, I've called so many time to sort it out but they just keep taking my money. Surely there is a violation. Please stop the debts and return all the money you've taken since.
