DISCOVERY IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!!!!

This is now the second time I'm having to use this platform to get a response from Discovery. After much to'ing and fro'ing - with long delays of no comms from Bidvest - I reached the point where I finally received confirmation from Nonkululeko Kolanisi that all docs had been received and all was in order to process the claim. 21.11.20 - I wrote to Nonkululeko and asked for an update. NO RESPONSE 01.12.20 09:43 - I wrote to Nonkululeko and asked her to please respond. NOTHING 01.12.20 16:11 - I wrote to Nonkululeko and asked her to please call me - NOTHING 02.12.20 10:44 - I again wrote to Nonkululeko and asked her to PLEASE call me - NOTHING Absolutely pathetic! You might be asking why I don't call her .... oh I've tried that too - many times. Discovery are clearly happy to sit back without monitoring what's going on in their company. Bigggggg mistake
