2023 discovery claims must read if you want to insure your goods1stly the process of making a claim quick...quick to be rejected by just taking a picture of a tv!!!!!So month of april after my 30th i processed a claim on my tv i am so shocked i got told today my claim is rejected reason is my tv is damaged due to wear and tear (under 1 year old tv) now wait a min this tv is 1 year old and now apparenty after 1 year a tv suffers wear and tear i am shocked...cherry ontop they say that my tv is a faulty design now how can skyworth be a faulty design 4k picture perfect tv and pass all the qc before production people we need to wake up from this insurance ****s also the assesor already tells you that there is a high probability of being rejected (golden mile hans van rensburg) their service provider cheap insurance this is what to expect please refer to onbudsman report on claims because this is pathetic this ecperience i will broadcast please share this post as people need to be aware of what they paying for.RegardsDissapointed. Please call your cancellation dwpartment to call me and also i will be cancelling medical aid and my fiance will be terminating her policies also cant pay my money to people that claim to be the best

Hes approach on call firstly attacks me telling me hes not a child and that he speaks over me not giving me an opprtunity he cones in more irate than i and expects me as a customer to accept hes attitude and how he is responding if thos is how discovery deals with customer service i saniel will make a promise to post my recording publicly today as i recorded rhis conversation secondly i dont think amyone payong money should go through this **** ecperience he says hes name is theo the big man i will continue to show discovery exellence ***
