Discovery Insure:?Values

I drove down to Knysna on 25 March 2025. As I arrived at my destination, smoke came out the bonnet of my Discovery 4. The engine had caught fire. On the 02 April 2025 I submitted a claim to discovery insure, as to repair the vehicle was more than its value. They are now on the 4th assessor(Waidler) to assess the vehicle. It is now the 13 May 2025 and I still don’t have an answer as to whether they will do their part and honour my claim. For a company that prides itself on service and honesty, I must say I’m seeing exactly the opposite. Obviously trying every angle to get out of their responsibility of honouring my claim.
