Discovery Insure's Yugeshni Naidoo was an absolute star.

The customer service while phoning Discovery Insure refers. Yugeshni Naidoo, the service consultant that helped with the query was exceptional in all regards: friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to find out what various aspects meant (and explain them in layman's terms), all while helping a slightly lost customer early on a Monday morning. The highest possible rating to Yugeshni.

Rest of the process was relatively smooth and simple. Definitely the best customer service thus far regarding customer on-boarding. Unsure how simple pay-out will be should that occur, but thus far very impressed.
