Discovery Insure's Yandiswa Yaya Lupondo

I had the most awesome phone call...Yandiswa"Yaya"Lupondo was absolutely brilliant. Extremely friendly, efficient and not only did she find what I was looking for immediately, she even noticed the information that was missing and requested me to give it to her. She updated everything and resent the docs immediately.
